The Ski Classics Challengers event Ring Frei is a 42km long-distance rollerski race in freestyle technique taking place this Sunday, August 28, in Salzburg, Austria.

Where once stars like Michael Schumacher, Keke Rosberg, Jochen Rindt, Niki Lauda, Gerhard Berger, Helmut Marko, and many others took their first rounds in race cars and motorcycles, a Ski Classics Challengers event on rollerskis with 42km free technique takes place at the Salzburgring.

For those who think that 42km is too much, a 21km rollerski race and inline skating competitions can be chosen. The organizers promise a fun event program offered to participants and spectators in the narrow alpine valley close to the city of Salzburg.
