Bad Gastein Criterium Preview, Start Lists And Where To Watch

by Leandro Lutz • 10.12.2022
After an exciting start to the Ski Classics Season XIV and a superb win for Team Engcon at the Pro Team Tempo, now it’s time for the athletes to get some rest and the wax techs prepare some fast skis for tomorrow morning’s Bad Gastein Criterium.

This Sunday, the Bad Gastein Criterium brings the Pro Tour athletes back to their home turf – long-distance skiing – in the 35km criterium race.

A criterium is a mass-start race to be completed in several laps and a challenging course. The Sprint and Climb competitions start here with several chances to collect valuable points for the season.

For the Champion competition, the standard points will apply. For the Sprint and Climb competitions, skiers will get 50% of the standard points.

Start Lists can be found HERE.

Don’t miss out on the event, available on SC Play. The women start at 9:15 CET and the men at 11:00 CET.
