Last weekend was time for the Topprullen 2024, a 30km roller ski race in Tollered, Sweden, close to Gothenburg. After a day full of action, Pro Team athletes Thomas Gifstad, Team Robinson Trentino, and Linnea Johansson, Lager 157 Ski Team, showed their strength and won their respective races.

Topprullen – Men

In the men’s race, Thomas Gifstad, Team Robinson Trentino, took home first place at the Topprullen 2024.

Alfred Buskqvist, Team Ramudden/IK Stern, finished in second place. Elias Andersson, Ski Team Göhlins, completed the podium in third place.

“It was very close, I was third in the final curve, and the finish line came a bit sooner than I expected. But I’m very pleased that I was able to win the race. I’ve had some back issues over the past week, so it’s been a tough day,” says Thomas Gifstad, Team Robinson Trentino, after a close sprint finish.

The local hero and Pro Team skier Alfred Buskqvist, Team Ramudden/IK Stern, about the finish battle:

“I thought I had it when I got the inside curve at the end, but Gifstad came fast at the finish.”
